Video Shoot with Tasty Ears & The SSRIs

Yesterday January 23rd 2011 Tasty Ears (consisting of James Pettit and myself) hooked up with local band The SSRIs to shoot an on location with Tasty Ears.  We scouted out a tranquil location deep in the woods and rocked out with a key board, drum kit, bass, an electric guitar, a generator and a prayer.

Man was it fun, the shoot went off without a hitch...thank the gods of rock!  The SSRIs communed with mother nature with their songs " Rows" and "You And I ".  Answering the age old question, "If a band rocks out in the forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?"  Yes!..yes it does, the forest was a rocking that day my friends!  Here are some pics from the shoot and the video will follow shortly.

The Dancin Chef Episode #2

This is the second instalment in the Dancin Chef series.  This episode features our new intro, shot on location at Granville Island, Provence Restaurant and Boss Night Club with a little green screen magic thrown in the mix.  In this episode Alessandra cooks up a delicious salmon and fennel dish with her guest dancer Corey Solomon of Dance 4U Studio.

A Night Out With The Dancin Chef

This was a night out for a good cause, it was a fund raiser for Dr. Peter's Aids Foundation "Passions".  All the top restaurants in Vancouver were in attendance.  It was a night of fine food fine dancing, along with silent and very vocal auctions to raise money for this great foundation.

The Dancin Chef

 The Dancin Chef web series.  Is a cooking show like no other, it combines Alessandra Aquaglia's passion for cooking with her passion for dance.  When 
Alessandra is not running her highly successful Provence restaurants she 
is following her other passion, dance.  
This series highlights her love for food and 
her love for dance by bringing in dancers to cook with her in her 
kitchen.  While the dish is in the oven the guest dancer and Alessandra 
pass the time with a dance.  Hot food and hot dancing.
